I can't say enough about my lawyer, Daria Batkin!

After 6 long years, 3 lawyers, and 3 law firms, I had given up on getting a fair (if there is such a thing) settlement! Daria was my 4th lawyer. In less than 4 months, Daria did the impossible! My case was complicated but Daria took it on. The amount I walked away with was 3 x higher than each previous lawyer had told me. Without exaggerating, Daria got me my life back.

Daria, as a person, amazed me! She cared about me as a client, but she also cared about my story! She returned all calls and emails. No matter the contents. Promptly! She answered my questions before I'd asked them.

To keep a long story short, in essence, I wish every disheartened client had a warrior like Daria to fearlessly fight for them.

    Most Sincerely,

    M. C.

    Testimonials

Daria helped us with a legal issue involving an international transaction settlement spanning several jurisdictions. It was a sensitive matter that could have escalated into a costly trial. When she got involved, it immediately became clear to all parties that they were dealing with a seasoned professional. This helped change the demeanour of the discussion. We avoided several legal liabilities we were about to step into prior to retaining Daria's help."
