What Is Next?
If you want to retain one of our lawyers after the initial consultation, we will discuss the scope of work needed, the anticipated costs, the amount of the initial retainer and the timelines. We will only become your lawyers in your case once you have signed the retainer agreement and paid the retainer fees.
Payment Options if You Wish to Retain Us
We believe in transparency. After the initial consultation, we will explain how your fee will be structured based on the nature of your case.
Our payment structure varies:
Contingency Basis: For certain types of cases, we may work on a contingency basis, meaning we only get paid when you do.
