Daria is an experienced lawyer with a broad range of practical knowledge when it comes to resolving conflict. She is an excellent strategist and negotiator. She is knowledgeable, effective and deliberate in her approach.

Daria is fluent in all aspects of in court and out of court dispute resolution and has successfully negotiated hundreds of settlements for her clients. She has appeared at all levels of British Columbia Courts since her call to British Columbia bar in 2009.

Daria is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) and a Certified Artificial Inteligence Governance Professional (AIGP). She advises business owners and executives on their obligations in handling protected personal information, and procurement and implementation of AI.

Daria is very active in her community, having served on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association Women Lawyers Forum for 15 years, including as Chair during 2018-2020 and Past Chair during 2020-2022.
Daria is a recipient of the 2025 Women’s Executive Network GAIL Award for her work in helping
professional women expand their career paths through internal advocacy, sponsorship
and access to training and advancement opportunities.
Daria speaks fluent Russian.
